"If Dava has to handle your business good luck !!! Cause when you send over a fax request and it is not handled two months later and you ask why she will tell you the cleaning lady probably threw away your paperwork or it's buried under a stack of paperwork. LMBO who tells a customer this?? She informed me I should have called in, well if you know anything about insurance they will not make changes over the phone they want it in writing SMH...... Thank goodness my days are over with dealing with her. Now the fun part of trying to get my refund for two months that they continued to bill me for.. Worst customer service ever !!!!"
